Monitor controls and communication to keep the project organized
Organization of the project’s resources is a key element to successfully implementing a plan from inception to construction, to an effective and timely closeout process.
- Permit process assistance and Inspection matrix oversight.
- Recommend to the client on the CM/GC’s and designer’s interpretation of their contractual obligations.
- Review contract for unnecessary qualifications and clarifications that will eventually cost the client money.
- Monitor and approve allowance money efficiently, save the client money if the allowance is not utilized.
- Monitor and review value engineering proposals to verify if they make sense.
- LEED recommendations and sustainability(Green Building) measures.
- Procurement monitoring – Provide remote offsite fabrication inspections to verify schedule and billing compliance.
- Manage the relocation of the client’s personnel and resources to minimize disruption.
